Sprint says my Diamond is Fraudulent

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before. In january I did a assurion claim and got a diamond as a replacement for my broken mogul. Well when i got it I activated it online and it worked. I have an instinct too and i use sprint online to swap phones when i want to use the other one. Well today I went to put my diamond back on and take off my instinct, and sprint says my diamond is logged as being fraudulent in the system. I called assurion and they said everything is good on their end. Anyone know why sprint would flag it for no reason as being fraudulent??? I was told by sprint to email Esn_check@sprint.com and they would check it out, I wonder how long that will take, thanks for any info on this.

Re: Sprint says my Diamond is Fraudulent

ya, it was a surprise to me too. The guy at the sprint store said that it was maybe because I switched between my instinct and diamond a couple times on the sprint website, but that wouldnt make sense to me, for one I think they would warn you of such a thing. Im just waiting for sprint to email me back now, this is my first problem ever with sprint,so I cant complain to much.
