Lightbulb Mail2Web- Can you export contacts and calendars?

Mail2web is converting to exchange 2007 and is giving up the free stuff.
is there a way to export contact/calendar info before/after it changes?

What i did was Exchange sync from mail2web with my phone, then use active sync to sync from phone to outlook.
