Any thoughts about the HTC 3125 (aka Star Trek)?

I see a site selling the HTC 3125 (aka Star Trek) Windows Based Ultra-Thin PDA Camera Video MP3 Bluetooth Smartphone GSM Quad Band Unlocked for $80.00.

I was wondering if anyone uses this and if so, is it any good?

Its ok if you feel you'll never like the general format or other smartphones.
Its a flip phone on steroids lol.

IMHO, its old. Not worth the hassle....

If I-mate had the 9150 ultimate floating around, I'd get that but not this.

I-mate 9150

Re: Any thoughts about the HTC 3125 (aka Star Trek)?

There is a lot of info on this phone at xda-developers. The WM6.1 standard rom from Erofich is very nice. I use this phone as my "everyday carry" when I don't need WiFi and don't want to carry a HW6945 or iPAQ 910C.

The positives are:
flip-form factor reduces accidental button presses and protects inside screen, flip-open to answer, flip-close to end call. Louder than average speakerphone and ringer. thin and small - very easy to carry in a pants pocket.

Negatives are:
relatively small screen. has a single non-standard USB connector for charging, sync, and headphones - so using with a car power adapter precludes simultaneously using a wired headset.
