My Sprint Mogul's screen turned completely black
I have a sprint mogul and i've had it for awhile now. The other day when i slid it open, little pixelated, tiny lines appeared all over my screen.
NOW IT'S GOTTEN WORSE! The phone is on and i get texts and calls, but the whole screen is black and it won't change. I've tried taking the battery out, restarting it, and doing a soft reset. i'm not sure what's wrong or how to fix the problem. can anyone help??? pleeease ))): Last edited by AhhAriana; 02-11-2009 at 06:17 PM. Sounds like you have either a bad connection to your display board in your phone, or the screen is bad. Either way, a service issue. If you have insurance, they will probably replace it.
