[REQ] Any TeleNav users with FULL program, not preinstalled

Were looking for a TeleNav library file, so if anyone using TeleNav that wasn't pre-installed could check for the DLL file named similar to the following,

NaviSWMiddle_TomTom.dll
NaviSWMiddle_CoPilot.dll
NaviSWMiddle_NaviTel.dll

it's probably within the Windows directory.
