Htc Mogul picture messaging

Hi all, I'm a newbie and I'm having problems with my pocket pc. I bought a verizon htc mogul 6800 that is flashed to cricket. Everything works, including internet, except for the pic messaging. Any suggestions on how I can get it to work on my phone?? Thanx
