Ebay is good. I really like Seidio batteries. Just got the 1500mah OEM sized for my Touch and am very happy with it. Some of those ebay batteries are kind of hit or miss.

Unlikely you will find an extended battery in a physical store. Online, lots of choices. You should be able to get an OEM (ie, standard) battery from any cellphone store that carries that phone.
