How Do I Change ROMS For HTC Touch Diamond

Could someone please tell me the steps to change my existing ROM. I did unlock my HTC Touch Diamond from Telus, and did install a very good Rom from PPC Geeks but it has been awhile since I did that I don't remember what I did. I just in the mood for a New Year change.
