XP Pro with Service Pak 2 PPC-BuildOs.exe Application Error .... the application

failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

What gives? Tried it several times and twice with all firewalls and AV/AS stuff disabled.

Re: XP Pro with Service Pak 2 PPC-BuildOs.exe Application Error .... the application

I'll assume the latest one 293 I think?

Last time I reinstalled the whole shooting match I did not grab the archived kitchens and only the Apache and Titan stuff. No vga either.

However, I don't think I've tried running BuildOS before running updater.

Should I or does this error code and info provide any useful info.

Not sure when the XP last ran updates but it's been within the last week or so.
