GPS blog application?

Okay, so either there isn't very many if any of these apps made or I suck at google.

I'm looking for a application that will utilize my HTC touch Pro's GPS and send my location to a website which will put it in google maps or something so that I can embed that on my blog.

There is GPS twitter, but I don't use twitter too much. So does anyone one know a good solution for what I'm looking for?
