Any bets on whether or not MS will announce a new phone tonight?
I tend to think not but there have been a lot of rumors about this lately. Even so, you can tune into Ballmer's keynote at CES tonight at 6:30 Pacific. Maybe there will be a surprise and it would certainly be nice.

I think they are gonna do a 6.5 first but yeah, between Win7 and those die-hard rumors of new mobile stuff, it might be kind of cool. I dunno. I guess I am a nerd.

I have my fingers crossed but kinda doubt it.

I thought I read somewhere the plan was to release the desktop AND mobile versions of Windows 7 together. Since desktop WM 7 beta's are already floating around, here's to hoping 2009 is a good year.

It's running now but I take it back. The little demo they just gave showed nothing better than the Touch HD.
