i was wondering that if i was to get a lg incite, would i be able to put most themes and programs on it like the dirty paper theme found on freewarepocketpc.net? Because the resolution is 240x400.

As long as the themes can scale down to that resolution, then you should have no problem.. Be on the look out for themes for that resolution

how do u get the dirty paper theme 2 work??? it wont work for me. must i use manila??
