How to view all Contact infromation in MS Outlook (from Palm Desktop)

I am moving from Palm Desktop to MS Outlook 2007, and it is annoying me.
When I synced over, I just realized that some of my information is not syncing properly.

My major setback in getting to the bottom of this issue is that I can not view all fields with data in it. I can view the Business Card, but that does not help much. When I view a contact's name, I want to see everything, all their addresses, all their phone numbers, e-mails instant messenger, birthday, anniversary, and EVERY information about that person.

Is there a way that I can do this? With Palm Desktop, whenever I click on someone's name, it would show all this information, but since I now have HTC Touch Pro from Sprint, I can not find a way to view this information.

If I view my brother's address entry, I can not immediately see his birthday. I can only see one of his address, and I have to go through all the menus to be able to see his other address and other information. I want to be able to see everything at once. Please help me.
