If you are looking to buy 6700 or a 700wx for $100 - $150 I think you won't get any responses. No way anyone in their right mind would sell any of those units at those prices.

Why not just get a cheap phone from either another user or eBay that can hold you over until the 6800 comes out?

Verizon is offering a free 30 trial period, enough time for the 6800 to come out. Check out an interesting phone, give them a try; port your number over but keep Sprint active, and cancel and re-port to Sprint.
BTW, Pibe38, Your Battlestar Galactica avatar is awesome . I don't have a tv anymore and miss the series (heck, might have to buy the DVDs). I've been watching reruns of Babylon 5 from AOL.

Thanks, I love the series... can't wait until next year for the next season!

BTW, the 6800 may have been delayed until late June/early July so the 30-day trial period may not be enough.

I don't have an official link, but some posters from the Titan forum that attended a product training provided this info. Apparently it's being delayed so that it can be released with Rev. A.

I got confirmation of the delay from a Sprint store today.. they acknowledged that it was supposed to be May 15th, but they delayed it for "unknown reasons".... this is why I'm looking for another phone, and I need to buy it independently, as Sprint won't do anything for me without an extension.

Yep, I did, but I didn't see anything there... thanks for the link, though.

Try and see if you find a cheap phone from a member or on eBay, that way you don't need to extend your contract. Maybe someone you know has a Sprint phone around they can loan you for a couple of months?

Actually, I found a place to buy a "like-new" Apache with accessories for $200, so I'll probably use that for awhile. Since it's my first PDA phone/PPC, this would be a great way to see if I like it and/or really use the features before I invest $400 in a Titan.

Thanks for the advice and answers, guys.

Heres an idea, call sprint up, and add insurance on your plan (the expensive one), then call up the insurance goons, and they will change you $50 to replace the POS you have, should give you enough to wait for the 6800, and not affect the contract. If sprint gives you ____ about signing up for a new contract tell them to suck it, you only want to add insurance to your current phone
