radiation off a phone with a dead radio?

I have an old 6700 that I dropped too many times and lost the radio so the phone no longer functions but the rest of the phone does. I have since given the phone to my daughter and loaded some disney movies for her to watch on it. I was wondering if anyone thinks this ppc still emits a frequency (sar) that I need to be concerned about. Cheers!

Your daughter has nothing at all to worry about. Even with the radio intact.

There is no REAL evidence that proves that a cell phone has any adverse affect on the human body. They can argue the point till they are blue in the face but until they have cold hard proof it is all speculation and fear.

You are EXACTLY right. I worked with the team that validated the test results from that phone radiation study. The entire study was a farce! We couldn't reproduce the results that he claimed even with his own test parameters. In my opinion, he did it all for media coverage and notoriety. There is no truth to this at all but it does play nice to the hippie conspiricist that want to send us back to the ice age.

Regardless, just put your device in "airplane mode" and that'll shut off all of its radios. That should eliminate any exposure.
