VOIP=Voice-Over-Internet Protocol...voice conversations over the internet

NOOB=someone who is new to something

VCF=Visual Component Framework...but there are a few others out there.

PRL=Preferred Roaming List...The PRL indicates which bands, sub bands and service provider identifiers it should accept. Without a PRL, your phone may not be able to roam, i.e. obtain service outside of your home area.

ROM=Read-only memory...storage media on your device.
