WM8 will be based on midori which will run mainly on x86,x64 and ARM CPU's. HTC's CPU ismostly qualcomm.What does this mean?

i would imagine that they'll have to adapt or even redesign their chip architecture. what i thought was interesting is that x86 is a base for pcs so does this mean we'll see pocket pcs gain more pc like abilities?
