Cab files have an .cab extension. This is what you'll load onto your phone. Then find the cab file on your phone and double tap to start the process of installing the game.

When you're looking at the list of files on your computer after you've unzipped them, the cab file will look like a little two drawer blue file cabinet....and as Coz said will have the .cab file extension.
"cab" is short for cabinet file, and that's why there will be a little blue file "cabinet" picture for the file
