assist with syncing please

I cannot add my phone to the WMD anymore, I had to reisntall it today, and it doesnt even pick it up when i plug it in the usb, I dont know what happened, but I dont have access anymore, I have tried reinstalling and all that jazz with no luck, whats my nex step

How do i do a hard reset cause nothing is working at this point

hard reset should do it....hold down both soft keys and place stylus in soft reset hole .....soft keys are the 2 dots next to the red phone button and green phone button....all steps need to be done simultaneously and then follow the prompt on the phone

didnt work seems like the phone went bad, after 2 days, I got a new one
