Is there a "path" or "link" to HIBERNATE or VOICE RECORD?

I have been using Ultimate Launch (and love it), to streamline my phone and these are two features/programs/abilities? that I have not been able to link to.

I use Quickmenu and pretty much have to use HIBERNATE daily to free up memory. I can't find a link to this ability anywhere. Has anyone found a way to do it?

I also want to be able to record VOICE NOTES or NEW RINGERS using the voice record feature. I can reassign a button to it, but I can't find the program on the phone to make a button to it.

Does anyone know how to link to these two programs?
