a way to transfer xp's activesync items to vista?

i just got back from vacation and my laptop wont boot into xp which is where i used to sync my 6700, i also used to sync it to an old desktop which i dont have anymore and now when i tried to sync it to vista it deleted all my contacts.

is there a way to import my xp's active sync contacts into vista? i have a few very important contacts that i need to recover.
