PimBackup (freeware) is what most pocketpc users use..such as myself.....I also use Dashware (freeware online service) for backup to the backup it also does alot more...lol...just in case, you never know....

Many of us use mail2web, they offer free Exchange server services...
Updated: Free direct push mail using mail2web tutorial. If you specifically want the data in your PC though, you'd have to choose one of the paid plans. But the data is also accessible through their Outlook Web Access site. It wirelessly syncs contacts, appointments, tasks, and gives you a push @mail2web email address.
