CS reps are not supposed to switch people to SERO regardless of whether or not they have a valid email if they are a current customer anyways. While people have accomplished it, the likelyhood of finding a CS rep that will do it is pretty low when you call in. Several of my friends have attempted and always failed even with multiple calls and it has always involved porting their number out and back in to get onto a SERO account....
FYI to the OP you're definitely not supposed to be able to get any corporate discounts at all on SERO and I believe it is impossible for a CSR to add that discount onto a SERO account if you are on the new billing system. There's a huge thread on
www.slickdeals.net that gives lots of information on SERO if you want more info and they have pretty much written a (the) book on it...
