All 3 notifications (email, text, VM) have accurate counts

voicemail notification also works for now now..acurately....
im in philadelphia, pa too.

is that missed calls or VM count that you are seeing?

at least were making forward progress though, im hoping the new system will have support for visual voicemail as well, but only time will tell.

wow... visual voice mail... I'm salivating. then I could delete all of my mother inlaws messages in one fell swoop instead of having to call and wade through all of them... we'll see

Central Jersey....works perfect for me...almost had a heart attack when i saw i had 7 voicemails on my today screen lol.

Interesting. I emailed ECare the other day about this, saying that I had friends in PA that had accurate voicemail counts... their response:

have any such update. The voicemail count reflects only one unread mail

One of our specialists will contact you within 24 to 48 hours and will
be happy to assist you.
I like how they said that someone who had an accurate voicemail count should powercycle their phone, as if that would mean it was broken... hahaha!! :lol: So now I'm awaiting contact from their technical dept., that should be fun. Just for kicks, I replied to the above with:

it wasnt an immediate response when i got the rep, it took her about 20 minutes checking with supervisors and such to return an answer. Im more inclined to believe her because, IF they weren't changing something, then this thread wouldnt exist, right?

Stupid question....I used to have my voicemail count on the today screen in messaging (is always seemed to be accurate...I'm Verizon). Now, after several flashes, I'm running 5060 from the kitchen. I no longer have voicemail listed in the 'unread messages' section of my today screen. How can I get that back?? Thanks!
