just confirmed with sprint they are switching to a new voicemail system that supports real time voicemail. No information on roll out schedule but she says that everyones should be working within the next week or two

ya i know, she say she dig my muscles, lol....

at least were making forward progress though, im hoping the new system will have support for visual voicemail as well, but only time will tell.

This is the best news from Sprint that I have heard in a while. I've been waiting for this feature for sooooo long. After years of being with Sprint you tend to get used to the idea of not knowing how many messages you have but then when you finally get that feature back you realize how much you've been deprived!

true, it makes a difference. it was just such a cool surprise to look at my today screen and be like wtf is that really working now?!

Oh yeah, well my area doesn't even have EV-DO and my voicemail count isn't working. Sometimes I hate Sprint, but then I get my bill and remember why I stay with them :)
