STI.DLL With Windows Vista??ANYONE???

I upgraded to vista for one reason ( As crazy as that sounds ) but the way my phone connects to the computer is just awesome!

I hated the active sync deal with XP, it was always disconnecting and ever since I got Vista before it connects it gives me an error about sti.dll file missing.

Now I was able to download it after searching on google, I guess you can get any dll file you need, but I need to find out how to apply it now. Anyone know?
