i know what you mean. i hate athe fact that i have to download the rest of the email. the way i get around this is to not use outlook. if you're using an account like gmail, you can set up the accnt outside of outlook as a separate account. then you can recieve the whole message as it comes in. works for me. there are also products out there like flexmail that are pretty good too.
