motorola S9 bluetooth help

this is my sec. pair of s9s my vol will goes down and stays down. I can hear the beep that it goes down. when i press the vol. up botton it will not go up or i cant hear the beep for it to go up. anybody have the same problem ???

yup, i am on my third and final pair...u got sweat in the earbud and it short circuited the headphones....it cant be fixed. motorola replaced my first one free of charge, but no more after that. its a great concept but i think they shouldnt advertise them as water resistant. i am looking for a different brand...hopefully motorola will seal up newer models that wont let sweat in.

There was an issue with the moto Q, funny same co, that when you got an incoming message or phone call it lowered the volume to min and left it there until changed back up. very annoying. probably unrelated but thought I would share just in case.
