no, i cannot sync anything to the Mogul... (not even mobile favorites..notthing.

Not sure where you are describing.. from Windows Mobile Device Center? ..I do not see a USB to PC box.

All I see are:

Allow USB Connections
Allow Connections to the following
Allow automatic Device authentication
Allow data connections on device when connetced to a PC
