CDMA Repeater

Well I have been thinking about getting a CDMA Repeater. Since moving from Tempe AZ to Maricopa AZ I have horrible signal on my two PPC6700s.

Worse part is, near the windows it bounces to EvDo and in the house 1x. The EvDo signal is horrid (one bar sometimes) and the 1x isn't alot better (maybe two bars). Yeah not an accurate number I'm gunna get those latter if anyone wants to know.

But I did some searching about external anntanes and found they seem to break the Apache. So someone on some post from years ago on some forum said get a CDMA Repeater, they are cheap. Well I haven't found cheap yet, but maybe barible (about a $800 setup).

Anyone try these or have tried something they can reccomend?

yeah I would switch cellphone carriers.
