you should have activesync installed on your pc, so you can establish a connection between you pc & ppc. Then you can "explore" the ppc via your pc, and copy the file over. That zip has a .cab file in it, cab files are sortof like a .exe, when you run the .cab on your ppc, it installs the program.

what I usually do when a link is posted is, right click on the link, choose copy shortcut, then I send that link via text to my phone to download. you can unzip from the ppc, then run the cab. Another way is if you have an email account setup on the ppc, just email the file from your pc to ppc.....that's when I'm too lazy to go get my usb cable, lol.

oh & btw....the MMS program ain't workin right now.....so they say.

Thanks i got it now. Just didnt look on my ppc to install. I was kind of wondering if anyone was going to let me know or if it was a "your on your own until you can fit in with us". Thanks again i know it was a small thing but it was all i needed to get going, now im rollin dowwwnnn hillll.

For the other newbees out there this is what i did......
  1. Download the CAB or Zip file to your pc then drag and drop or copy the cab file (open the zip to get the cab) via activesync to your device. Do not open the CAB file as if it is a ZIP file.
  2. On your device, launch your file explorer and locate the CAB file.
  3. Tap on the CAB file to start installation.
Hope this might help someone else out there...........
As i like to say "There is no such thing as a small or dumb question just maybe the answer" ...... If you can get one.
