WM CID change using MTTY

Hi all,

I'm looking for a solution for my HTC x7500 device which was bricked

I need a Danish rom for it OR I have to change CID, because without this I cannot load any rom but Danish...

by old owner.. He wants to change WM language.
He used a rom with a wrong SPL ( 3.5 for 1.10 )
device is also CID locked HTC_F08 ( Danish )

I'm looking for a solution for it.
