Let everyone know what you want to spend and maybe someone can help. I might look into a touch pro or TP2 but, all depending on what you want to spend.

They just flash them for a different carrier. Say if you report your phone stolen and find it latter. You cant use it because its esn is black listed. May be I'm wrong.

If I know no one could use the phone for sure that would be great.

I think if you prove you're the original owner of the phone you can get the blacklist listed if you get the phone back after reporting it stolen.
