Weather Not Working(not2advanced.com)

It seems that weather.not2advanced.com is down, and has been for over 12 hours. I am thinking that it is not coming back this time. I like having my own city for weather, and this is the only site that the database editor will pull from. I would prefer not to remove the custom DB and keep my city.

I can host and run the scripts that he uses to get the weather if anyone knows where I can get them?

If not, hopefully someone knows the author of the city editor and can let him know his site is down and we are unable to get weather.
