phonefusion help shit help!

k so I am in the process of swapping phones...I had phonefusion installed on my touch pro. To my knowledge it was NOT activated even tho it was still receiving voicemails.

I did a hard reset on that phone and sold it today because I am getting a new phone in the next week or so ( and I am using an old cell in the mean time)

so someone called me and left a msg, and I got a txt from phonefusion that literally was just a bunch of jumbo... not even words... i logged into my PF account online and deleted anything and everything with my phone number on it, hoping that would fix the problem. Except now when people call me, it rings until the voicemail WOULD pick up and says my voicemail is out of service.

wtf??? anybody have any wisdom to share...

Re: phonefusion help shit help!

In order to go back to your carrier voicemail you must disable the conditional call forwarding that you activated set when you download our application.

Please contact your carrier and ask them to disable conditional call forwarding for no answer , busy and unavailable calls going to 813-200-0200 and have them set those conditions to go back to the default voicemail.
