reliable cydia sources? os 3.0

i recently jailbroke my touch with 3.0 and i was looking for some good cydia sources, i found a lot that dont work, or dont have very good apps. I would love to find one with snes/gba/genesis/nes roms Or other good games/apps. If anyone has any good sources or are they called repos, please let me know!

Here are a bunch of repo's, unfortunately the article is from 2008, soim not sure how many are still up. there are rom repos in the comments. Hope they work for you.

I have a text file on my home computer that lists a bunch of good sources. I will post it after I get home sometime tonight (if I have time)
