Getting My App Noticed

Hi All

Spent a year developing a new Iphone App "Traffic War" (Link Below) and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how I can get it noticed??

Make a Facebook page and twitter account.
Follow people who will be interested in the type of app you have made.
Tweet.
Post on forums, search Google for more forums.
Search Google for how to market your app articles.
Make sure you get enough sleep

User Tag List
Input each user name separated by a comma, like so: User1,User2,User3.
