iphone 3gs/4 camera/mic attachments?

Does anybody remember what the brand name was of the popular camera/mic attachment was for the iphone 3gs/4? It hooked on top and basically was a lense that improved pic quality and had a mic that picked up stereo quality sound. Any information on what that brand of attachment was would be appreciated.
