Question for message screen

I have an iphone of 'apple'.
"My Iphone is stuck on my message screen no matter what I click it can't move past this sceen what should I do?"
Please suggest me the right way..

what message screen are you talking about? try to reset it by holding the power button and the home button at the same time until you see it restart and the apple pop up.
