Re: Android for Verizon?

The news that most people probably know but if you don't, two phones are coming. HTC Hero which runs a TF3D (touch flo 3D) UI much like other HTC phones, lying over the Android platform. The second is the Motorola Droid (Shole) Which by what I've read is the one in the picture you have here and Android developers have worked closely with Motorola to make it as true to pure Android as possible. So the big question is. Amazing nice looking phone with amazing proven UI, which is the HTC OR a 1940's Russian mock up of what a bad phone should look like, Motorola Droid. Supposedly the Droid is so open that developers from XDA, and the like will have HTC's UI Flashed for the Droid. But that still won't make it look any better. But you know design, it eventually starts to look good after it's been out a while. I bought the Ford Flex and a lot of people hate the style. But it grows on you. So I really hope the Droid grows on me because I would prefer the pure Android Experience.
