Wink Apple iPhone 5c price war begins

What is the cheapest way to get a smartphone? Well, all you have to do is
wait for the bidding war to begin. That is something we are seeing with
Apple as the iPhone 5c is now on sale. The price just keeps going down.

What is the iPhone 5c?

More or less, those who really wanted an iPhone but couldn’t afford
hundreds of dollars for a more expensive and newer version are able to get
the iPhone 5c. It was just released by Apple in an attempt to reach a wider
audience. This means that you can get a cheaper iPhone for the kids, and
they won’t feel left out, or you can get an iPhone 5c if you are feeling a
little broke right now. It is a perfect solution for sales in other
countries and for families who want something nice without breaking the
bank. The best part is that they come in all kinds of colors, so you can
cater to your own tastes.

Pricing - the war begins

According to ABC News, Apple released the iPhone 5c with a base price of
$99 with a two year contract. Of course, Apple is always the most expensive
place to get your Apple products, so you can get it for cheaper elsewhere.
The first company to announce a decrease in price was Best Buy, which
announced you could get the iPhone 5c for $50 with a two year contract. Not
a bad gig if you need something cheap. Of course, Walmart couldn’t let
someone else take the cheapest spot, so it announced a price of only $45 if
you are willing to sign a 2-year contract. Awesome, right? Walmart has
always had the lowest prices on the new iPhones though, according to ABC.
In fact, the iPhone 5c was already at $79 when it was first released before
Walmart made a move to drop it even further.

What to buy

When making your decision on which iPhone to buy, you should consider just
a few things.

1. Do you have enough money to buy a more expensive iPhone? If you do, you
will probably want to get the more expensive iPhone, though maybe you are
just trying to save some extra cash.

2. Are you worried about breaking your iPhone? If you are worried about
breaking your phone, you are probably better off with the cheaper version.
At least then, it won’t be so devastating to see your phone break.

3. Is this iPhone for you or your kid? If it is for your kid, get the
cheaper version. Kids aren’t very good at taking care of things and are
likely to lose or break their phone.

4. Do you need high encryptions and safety for personal information? If you
want to make sure your phone is more secure, such as with a fingerprint
scanner, then you probably want the nicer phone. It will make sure
everything stays safe!

If you have the money and are buying the phone for yourself, you may as
well get the more expensive iPhone 5s. Otherwise, pick the 5c. It is still
a great phone.

Re: Apple iPhone 5c price war begins

Interesting post

But eventually you have to pay an amount of $549 for the device, sure you will save some bucks while getting it in your hands but during the contract you will pay off that saved amount.
