HTC Evo 4G LTE Will Not Ring

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I'm not exactly sure when it happened but I noticed today that sometime over the last few days, my phone stopped ringing for incoming calls. It also doesn't vibrate for incoming calls.

I've checked all the settins I an think of.

I've checked, deleted, then reinstalled "Sound Manager" and "Shush" but nothing helped.

All my other notifications seem to be working (Texts, Alarms, mail, etc).

Anybody have any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks,

KCHruby

are u running stock or custom ROM?

if stock, you could try backing up data, then do a factory reset (this is what Sprint will most likely have u do)
if custom ROM, backup, reflash ROM

could be a hardware issue...

Re: HTC Evo 4G LTE Will Not Ring

Fixed. The guilty App was "Call Blocker Gold." I'm not sure why my phone suddenly didn't like that app but after two hard resets and a lot of calls to myself so I could figure out exactly when the issue began, I narrowed it down to "Call Blocker Gold." Even when the app was "Disabled" it caused problems.

OMJ,

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I'm running a stock Spring ROM. As soon as I figured out the problem, I wanted to post the solution here just in case anybody else runs into the same problem that I had.
