Well what do you know? All I had to do was to setup my hotmail on my phone and it automatically dl'd the contacts. After setting up my hotmail account that I used on my arrive, all the contacts I didn't transfer along with all the missing caller pictures got on the phone after syncing my email.

That is even more simple.
