Hey Amamba
For your issue, first set you common ID over your Android phone and sync the paid apps to your device, turn the syn off. Now add another gamil account for your use, the one you wish to use for mails, contacts, etc.
While installing apps over your phone play store will ask the account you wish to use, select the play store ID, the apps will be installed with your common account.
