SMS to email error.

I am trying to help out my aunt, who has an htc Incredible with what she says is a new problem.

I have never dealt with it, but she claims she was able to send multi-part text messages to an email address before without any issue.
Now, she is getting an error when trying to send a message larger than 160 characters. I've attached a pic of the error.

I am open to the possibility that she may be mistaken, but if there is a fix, I know she would appreciate it.
