[Q] Device Lock for Android

Hello,

I hope this is the right place to ask this question but needed some help to be pointed in the right direction.

I just got my android coming from Windows Mobile and I am looking for an app that will lock the device when I click this icon/app/widget/whatever I know there are several lock screen apps but they dont seem to lock the phone as well when they turn off the screen unless I am missing something. Would someone be able to point me in the right direction if so I would appreciate it.
