Re: Gingerbread Out
Yes, yes it is!
And I have already created a custom ROM for those into that sort of thing http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/lg-optimus...ngerbread.html |

Re: Gingerbread Out
I'm on gROM now, but my phone is not all fine and dandy. Nothing wrong with the ROM itself, but the call volume is way too high, even on the lowest setting. I suspected the gingerbread update to be the culprit so I googled a bit and sure enough I found quite a few people on Sprint's forums reporting the same issue. I don't even need speaker phone now; it's that loud. I might just go back to ZVD...if that's possible.

Re: Gingerbread Out
After the update on both the wife's and my phone lost the user dictionary..anyone see that? Texting is not fun after that the only auto complete words it has now is saved contacts

Re: Gingerbread Out
For the record, I just reverted to the old Froyo version....
Sprint has it on their website: Sprint - Software Downloads - Smartphones - LG Optimus S™ My BT was unstable and the keyboard sucked. Now, I guess I have to reroot this sucker so I can use my paid version of Titanium Backup to get my stuff back. Maybe this is the time to try a ROM? |
