upgrading from a touch pro

So i've got a sprint touch pro atm and have had a blast with it. But its getting a bit dated and i'm looking to get a new phone. I've messed with the android ports and found android to be far superior to winmo for what i do with the phone. So i would like to get an HTC android phone (love me some HTC) but i cant decide which one. I've been looking at the shift because i love the slide out keyboards but just looking for some opinions.
