Help phone will not turn on..

Ok, I am charging my phone and it's been charging for almost four hours. Usually we can power our phones on while it's connected to the charger. This Lg isn't powering up at all. I want to get some important files and pictures off there that are not on my sd card. Any ideas, APPS?

Have you tried to pull the battery? If not pull the battery for 2 minutes and replace then try to power up.

Still nothing and it's saying that my phone is fully charged.
