It looks like they are already installed. Scroll down and there should be one that says Android 3.0 API Level 11.

I'll try it tonight on my laptop and report back if it was laggy for me. Though my laptop does have a 1 GB Radeon video card, 1080p display, i7 CPU and 6 GB of RAM... so I am not expecting any lag.

no lag here and im not up to your sweet specs, 1080p,i5 cpu and 4g ram.

Can't get this to work. I did everything right according to the directions posted but I kept getting error messages. Now I'm not getting them but nothing is happening. Help?
